1cPrepared mincemeat
2tbPear, ginger, apple or
  Orange liqueur
1qtVanilla ice cream

Combine mincemeat and liqueur. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or up to 1 week.

Let ice cream soften a bit. Break up with a fork, then beat until creamy. Stir in chilled mincemeat; transfer to an 8" baking pan. Freeze 1 to 2 hours, or until firmed.
